Just spent a fantastic Easter break in a cozy cottage surrounded by nature and tranquility. Loved the modern feel and cleanliness of the place. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the essentials like tea, coffee, milk, and butter. The location was perfect, away from any noise or light pollution, allowing us to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And the best part? Lots of space for the kids to run around, both indoors and outdoors!
Finding the place was a bit tricky. The GoogleMaps location wasn't accurate, so we had to drive a bit further down the road.

The location was mind-blowing, with zero noise or light pollution, creating a jaw-droppingly dark atmosphere. Our hosts were super accommodating, providing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and butter. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean, had a modern feel, and was great value for money. The spacious indoor and outdoor areas were perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Plus, we loved the convenience of free parking, a dryer, an electric kettle, cookware, utensils. And the best part? Our beloved pets were allowed, and there was a strict no-smoking policy on-site. It truly was an unforgettable and satisfying stay!

I recently stayed at a charming cottage in Louth and had a truly wonderful experience. The peaceful surroundings provided a perfect escape for me and my family of four. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space for the kids to run around both indoors and outdoors. The modern feel and cleanliness of the cottage made it great value for money.
Although the postcode on GoogleMaps initially led us a bit astray, a quick call to the hosts revealed that we just needed to continue further down the road to find Swallow Cottage. Perhaps adding some signs earlier on the road or providing guidance on their website would make it easier for late-night arrivals like us.

The bathroom in Swallow Cottage was fantastic! It had a modern shower that made me feel like I was in a spa. As a solo traveler who loves a good pampering session, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Personally, I found the showerhead a bit too strong for my liking. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so some might actually enjoy it!

Private Entrance: It was like having my own secret hideout, entering the holiday home felt like accessing a hidden realm of relaxation.
Thicker Mattress Topper: Slightly uncomfortable sleep.

The bathroom was a dream for a vegetarian and vegan like me, as it was fitted with a shower. It felt like a private oasis where I could relax and cleanse after exploring Louth.
Personally, I would have preferred if the bathroom had a bathtub instead. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still enjoy the shower.
